Large wall sconce designed by Willem van Oyen Sr for Raak Amsterdam in the 60s. White painted metal (iron) wall mount. Colored broken glass on reinforced glass, mainly red colored glass fragments.
These large brutalist wall lamps were inspired by the stained glass windows of the famous Chartres Cathedral in France, also known as the Cathedral of Our Lady of Chartres, about 80 kilometres (50 mi) south-west of Paris.Dimensions: 45 cm (17.7′)  high, 17,5 cm (6.9′) wide and 12 cm (4.7′) deep.
